Welcome to StatsPOS. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of StatsPOS, including its Android application, desktop software, online services, and related features.

StatsPOS is developed and operated under the business name Graphees Technologies ("Graphees", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using StatsPOS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

StatsPOS provides point-of-sale and business management software features, which may include:

Sales and purchase management.
Product and inventory management.
Customer and supplier account management.
Billing and receipt printing.
Financial reports and business analytics.
Android and desktop synchronization.
Cloud-connected services and data synchronization.

Available features may vary depending on your software version, license, subscription, and configuration.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

You must ensure that employees and other users accessing your account are authorized to do so. You are responsible for activities performed through your account.

3. Software License and Acceptable Use

Graphees grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use StatsPOS according to their applicable license or service agreement.

You must not:

Copy, resell, distribute, or sublicense the software without permission.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where permitted by law.
Modify or redistribute the software without authorization.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or servers.
Use the software for unlawful activities.

4. Business Data and Transactions

You retain responsibility for the business information entered into StatsPOS, including sales, purchases, inventory, customer records, supplier records, and financial transactions.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your business records, reports, prices, taxes, and transactions.

StatsPOS is a business management tool and does not provide accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice.

5. Data Storage and Backups

Depending on your configuration, StatsPOS may use local storage, network connections, and online services to store or synchronize business information.

Although we take reasonable measures to maintain service reliability and protect information, we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, or inaccessible.

Users should maintain independent backups of important business information.

6. Internet Connectivity and Third-Party Services

Some features require internet access, local network connectivity, compatible hardware, printers, or third-party services.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet providers, hardware failures, power outages, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Fees and Licensing

StatsPOS may be provided under different licensing and payment arrangements.

Applicable fees, subscriptions, renewals, payment conditions, and cancellation terms will be communicated through the relevant quotation, invoice, or separate licensing agreement.

Refunds and cancellations will be handled according to the applicable agreement and mandatory consumer protection laws.

8. Updates and Technical Support

We may provide software updates, security improvements, bug fixes, and additional features.

Technical support availability and response times may depend on your license or service agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

StatsPOS, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Graphees Technologies or its respective licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property to users.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where a user materially violates these Terms, engages in unauthorized activity, or creates a security or legal risk.

Users may discontinue using StatsPOS in accordance with their applicable licensing or subscription agreement.

Users should export any business information they need before access ends, where export functionality is available.

11. Disclaimer

StatsPOS is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or that the software will satisfy every business requirement.

Users remain responsible for business decisions, financial records, tax compliance, and verification of transactions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Graphees Technologies will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised update date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan, subject to mandatory legal rights and applicable law.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable license agreement and Privacy Policy, govern your use of StatsPOS, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
